Alvin Fry Dreadnought with Cutaway

SKU: CON-ISI11641 Category: Tag:

A fine sounding acoustic guitar, home made by Alvin Fry from Grey Summit, Missouri.  It has a few minor building quirks, as expected on a home build like this.  Nothing bad, just things like binding not 100% lining up, finish being a little thicker here and there, things like that.  The guitar does not have an adjustable truss rod. The treble sides side has a little waviness, which follows the wood grain. The bridge has been slotted and filled behind the saddle for a tiny saddle for intonation, which as you now can see, has been redone and is now in the front of the saddle. Different, but seems to do the job! The guitar has a little bit of normal play wear and some tiny dings, but is in very good used condition overall. This instrument comes with a featherlight case.
