Bacon / Gretsch Folk Model Long Neck Open Back c.1960

This is a very cool long neck banjo from the 1960’s. Pete Seeger popularized the long neck banjo with his band the Weavers, during the 1950’s and with the folk boom, long neck banjos and their extended tonal range became the instrument of choice.

This Gretsch made instrument is in very good used condition and sounds great! It also comes with it’s original case.

24 brackets
4 ply maple pot
Rosewood fretboard
Installed 5th string capo
Original case

Very Good Condition
