This is a really awesome slice of Americana from the “Jazz Age.” This Bacon tenor banjo was built during the 1920’s in Groton, Connecticut. It appears to be all original, just missing one hook/hardware and the tailpiece cover. It also comes with a period hard shell case that is likely original as well. Nice tone, loud volume and a great look make this banjo one that you will really enjoy! In very good used condition.
