Description
Here we have a really nice Eastman MD-805 mandolin. It is an older one, made in 2008, with the batwing headstock. The tone is exceptional on this one and it also produces a crisp “chop.” There is some light wear to the finish around the f-holes, the finish on the side, where you put your arm over the instrument is worn and there is a tiny chip on the edge, in the same area, but on it’s back edge. There are a few shallow, long impressions/scratches on the top. They don’t show well in the photos, I tried highlighting them with some reflections. This is a really great mandolin that just about anyone would be happy to own and play. It is in very good condition and comes with it’s original hard case.
