Samuel C. Osborne SammoS #41 Parlor Guitar c.1920’s

Samuel C. Osborne Parlor Guitar c.1920’s

SKU: con-isi11047 Category: Tag:

This guitar is a rare gem. The Samuel Osborne Mfg. Co. only made musical instruments from 1916 to 1922 and featured mostly instruments made of koa. This one however, is made of Solid spruce for the top and Brazilian rosewood for the back and sides. The identifier is the inlaid SammoS trademark on the headstock. This is a really great sounding guitar and it also plays well. An unusual feature is the molded plastic bridge. Other than a little warping to the top, this guitar is in excellent used condition and comes with a modern hard shell case.

Solid spruce top
Solid Brazilian rosewood back and sides
Mahogany neck
