Description
A great playing and sounding, “player’s” banjo! This plectrum is currently strung like an Irish tenor (GDBE) and is a ton of fun to play (it can obviously be tuned numerous ways, depending on the strings used). The head, bridge and Gold Tone tailpiece are obviously new to the instrumentm as are the hooks and hardware. Fingerboard wear and some other marks on the fingerboard look to have been filled. The numbers on the dowel stick and rim don’t match, so this is certainly a parts banjo. It has a great tone and plays easily. It is in very good condition.
