Description

This is a really great sounding classical! It was made by FL Schmedemann of Caseyville, Illinois. We can’t say when, as there is no date on the instrument. There is also no information on the internet about a luthier of that name from Caseyville. It is, however, a nicely crafted instrument, all solid woods, with no weird quirks. It looks and feels like a production guitar. It plays easily, with good action and sounds really nice. There is a repaired center seam on the top, light wear throughout, a worn spot on the back of the neck, treble side, around the 3rd and 4th frets, the finish is worn in places, and the top is a tad wavy behind the bridge, but not bad. The guitar is in very good condition overall and comes with a hard case.  A nice guitar!
