Shipping Info

Shipping Information:

• If the shipping address is different from the billing address, there will be a delay in shipping until everything is verified. This is due to recent scam attempts.

• Handling of the order in most cases, will take 1-2 business days.
• Shipping in most cases is 2-5 business days.
• We ship to the Contiguous United States only.
• Shipping fees are flat rate, determined by the size and weight of the item.  See individual products for details.
• If an item arrives damaged, keep all packing materials. Buyer must contact us and shipper within 24 hours of receipt.
• We must be notified of any returns within 7 days of buyer’s receipt of item.  Buyer pays for all shipping back to us, unless the item was misrepresented.
• NO P.O. Boxes.  We ship via UPS, who doesn’t ship to them.
