Description

This J-50ADJ is in really great shape for a 57 year old instrument. It plays and sounds great. There is an old repaired side crack on the treble side shoulder. A little rough, but solid repair. Behind a bridge screw is a crack, or at least may have been a crack. The bridge plate is quite large in this guitar, which well covers this. There is definitely no movement there. It, of course, could also be weather checking that dirt got into. The bridge was lifting. It came from the factory with just 2 screws holding it down. We glued it down. Other than this, it’s really just weather checking on the top, back and sides, a tiny bit of buckle rash and normal light wear (scratches/dings). There is plenty of room on the adjustable saddle to go up or down. The guitar is in very good condition overall and comes with a big and well padded featherlight case.
