Description
Here is a very rare guitar! Not many were made of these and Guild collectors snatch them up quickly! This one plays easily, much like an electric guitar. In fact, this is one of the very few short scale (24 3/4″) guitars that Guild ever made. It also has a 1 5/8″ nut width. Another rare feature is that this guitar has 24 frets, a whole 2 octaves, and an oval shaped soundhole! The original electronics work as they should and have externally mounted volume and tone controls. There is some weather checking to the guitar’s finish, mostly on it’s top, with some long lines. There is also some checking on the neck’s heel. The guitar also has some dings and a little buckle rash on the arched back and a few dings on the neck’s back. We set the guitar up and restrung her, so it’s all ready to play. It is in very good condition and comes with it’s original Guild hard case.
