Description
Guild F-212XL is a vintage-spec 12-string jumbo acoustic guitar originally produced in the USA from 1966 through 1986 (with later reissues). This one was made in 1975. We reset the neck and put new strings on it. The instrument has mostly just light wear, small dings and scratches, none rally bad, most don’t show up in photographs. The tuners have been changed to Schallers. On the back of the neck, bass side behind the first 3 frets. It is not a crack. The original fretboard inlay was replaced sometime in it’s life. A beautiful design. The problem with it is that the inlays are slightly off center on the fretboard. This, of course, doesn’t affect the playability or tone of the instrument, just a slight visual thing. The guitar plays and sounds fantastic! There’s a reason everyone played Guild 12 strings on stage during the 1970’s, they are great guitars. This one is in very good condition and comes with it’s original case.
