Description
Wow, this is a really great tenor! Made in Nazareth, Pa in 1927 from all solid mahogany. It’s been played a lot in it’s life, a sign of a great instrument. There is a bunch of wear from either picks or fingers on the top, on both sides of the neck and below the pickguard (really didn’t show well in photos). There are 3 repaired cracks, one on the back and 2 on the top. The neck has been reset. The frets have been replaced and the bridge as well. We didn’t perform any of these repairs. The cool Grover geared tunes are super smooth and work great. The action is right where it should be and it plays great. Wonderful tone and good projection. It comes with it’s original case (replaced handle) and a repair bill from the neck reset and an old tunes list. This tenor is in very good condition, waiting it’s next owner.
