A wonderful sounding and playing classical guitar! Rodrigo is Brazilian and made this guitar while his operations were in Boston, Mass. This guitar has some seriously beautiful looking back and sides, made of solid Brazilian Rosewood. Everything is high end on this, wood binding, mahogany bracing…  Strap buttons are installed on the tail block and neck heel. There are some fingernail marks on both sides of the soundhole (more on the bass side) and some marks from strings behind the bridge. In the sapwood part of the back there is a fine crack along a grainline (see photo). In that area, finish has shrunk into some of the grain and there may be another crack forming. The guitar’s owner (it’s here on consignment) says all of that was there and hasn’t changed in the 15 years that he has been it’s owner. To be safe, due to the crack, we are selling  this guitar “as is.”  Having said that, this is a wonderful guitar that we know you’ll love for years to come. Due to that, we are calling it in good condition and it comes with a hard case.
