Description
A nice, 110-or so year old banjolin. It is unlabeled, but going by the dated signatures on the head, it can’t be later than 1919, as that date is on there. The others are from the 1920’s. The signatures on the G string side have worn from being played. We were guessing that Slingerland made and researching, have found identical instruments marked Slingerland, so, certainly made by them. It’s a higher end model for sure, with it’s notched tension hoop and hex head shoe bolts. We moved the dowel stick location for better action. It’s a nice banjolin with normal wear and is in very good condition. It comes with a chip case.
