Here you go! This could be the last banjo you’ll ever purchase. Warren Yates’ health has been declining and hasn’t made any new instruments in a while. As a result…they are quickly becoming collectable. What your looking at is a banjo that captures the vibe, playability and tone of a 30’s era Mastertone. Everything has been lightly aged, which truly captures the look of a vintage instrument, but with out the scratches and dings.   Made in Hickory, North Carolina in 2019. Super smooth Keith tuners have been added to the G and B strings, which allow you to play “Foggy Mountain Breakdown” like the best of ’em! Spike capos are at frets 7, 8 and 9. The bridge has been swapped for a Snuffy Smith one. We put on new strings, did some cleaning and light set up to get it ready for you. This banjo is in very good condition with just light normal play wear. and comes with a great TKL molded case!
